Pricing
Reconciliation for shops at 10–200 orders a day. Pricing is based on what the tool actually costs to run — not on what a round number looks like.
Stripe is connected in test mode only. The checkout button below triggers a test-mode flow that will not charge a real card. No real payment is taken, no account is created, and no data is stored. The free tier works today — upload two CSV files and see the reconciliation immediately.
No email address, no accounts, no stored data on the free tier. Your files are processed in memory and discarded.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to my uploaded files?
On the free tier, your files are processed in memory and discarded immediately. Nothing is stored server-side. On the Pro tier, reconciliation results are saved to a database so you can view them later, but the raw CSV files are still discarded after processing.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed for the free tier. The Pro tier will require an account and payment mechanism — neither is available yet. The Pro tier infrastructure (database, API) is built; the account and payment layers are not.
What CSV formats do you support?
Any CSV that has columns for order ID, amount, and optionally fee. Recongap detects column names automatically — it recognizes common aliases like "order_id", "Order ID", "reference", "gross", "transaction amount", "fee", "processing fee", and many more. See the fee guide for details on what each fee type means.
What processors do you support?
Any processor that provides a CSV payout report with order-level data — Stripe, PayPal, Square, Adyen, and most others. The tool works on the data, not on the processor. If your processor's report has a different format, the error message will tell you which column it expected and what it found.
Can I report a wrong reconciliation?
Yes. Every result page has a "Report a row" feedback form. If the tool misinterprets a row, describe the issue and the row data is captured for review. This is a free feature — it helps the tool improve.
Is my data used for anything else?
No. The free tier stores nothing. The Pro tier stores only reconciliation results (not your raw files). No data is sold, shared, or used for training. See the privacy policy.
